MY JAPAN TOURS
After spending years exploring every corner of Tokyo, I started working as a tour guide, mainly with individuals, couples or families.
I’ve traveled across Japan with both small and larger groups of tourists (up to 14 people). So far, I’ve mostly worked with Polish groups and a few Italian ones, but I’m open to collaborating with English-speaking groups as well.
Since 2024 I started collaborating with Superfemka Projekt, which is a Polish travel initiative for women, running for over 10 years. It specializes in unique, small-group trips for women (max. 8 people), focused on deep, authentic experiences of nature, local cultures, traditions, and food.
Designing and leading my own tours in Japan from scratch with Superfemka Projekt has been my biggest project so far—and the one closest to my heart. Offering nature-focused, off-the-beaten-path tours for women who want to travel actively and meaningfully, to truly experience Japan rather than just tick it off a bucket list, is exactly what I’m meant to do in life.
We have four tours planned for 2025. At the time of writing, two have already taken place—both an incredible success. One tour is already scheduled and available on the website for 2026, with more to come. So stay tuned!

my superskills
I’ve traveled through 37 out of Japan’s 47 prefectures. While I’m not really into counting, I am genuinely curious about each one—its deep-rooted traditions, natural spots, and regional cuisine.
I’m a hiking enthusiast, but I also love cycling, kayaking, and diving. I have extensive outdoor experience in Japan and beyond. I’ve climbed Mount Fuji three times and walked all its official hiking trails. I can lead you (or your group) or help you make the most of Japan’s nature and outdoor adventures.
In my previous life, I worked in demanding corporate roles—in a consulting firm in Milan and an investment bank in Singapore. There, I learned how to manage people, schedules, and unexpected issues—all essential skills when leading adventure tours with others.
My travel style combines lots of outdoor activities, cozy and atmospheric places, authentic tastes—like small local eateries—and deep connections with nature and local people. To be honest, I still visit the famous sights, but I do it my way. Because you can always visit touristy spots—you just need to know how and when.
For now, I’ve only run tours in Japan, but one day I hope to organize trips in other countries close to my heart—starting with my beloved Nepal.
